  1. Orders in India arrive in 1 - 4 weeks usually after the order is confirmed and online payment is successful. However, sometimes we make your sarees after you place the order and in those cases, it might take up to 4 weeks to weave the saree and deliver it to you after quality checking.
  2. Orders outside India arrive in 1 - 4 weeks after the order is confirmed and online payment is successful.
  3. We ship using our shipping partner Nimbus Post, Ship Delight, and their network of delivery partners like Bluedart, DTDC, Delhivery, etc.
  4. Eligible for refunds, exchange or store credit up to 2 days after delivery.
  5. Not eligible if you have worn the saree or is worn or damaged in any other way by you.
  6. In case you receive wrong product in package, kindly contact us asap within 1-2 days of delivery as the delivery companies have a timeline of 2 days after delivery to work on delivery disputes.
